Plebiscite to Enable Elections to the Eircom Pension Superannuation Funds
Under Statutory Instrument (S.I. No.376 /1996) we the members are entitled to request that both the above Trusts hold an election for the position of Trustees. This requires that at least 15% of the members of the Trusts to make such a request in writing. The AOEP National Executive Committee are seeking your support in achieving this target (approximately 2,230 members) so that a valid request can be submitted to both Trusts.
